1996 Kenworth T-300 w/ 2003 AATAC 25Ton Hydraulic Wrecker Up for sale is our Single axle Heavy Duty wrecker. We own 3 large wreckers and need to sell 1. This truck is a turn key ready to work unit. It is powered by a 8.3 Cummins engine with a 9 speed Trans. It has air ride and air brakes. The cab is loaded with a/c power windows, cd player, and a cb radio. The odometer shows over 400K miles. Its not here for me to go look at the exact mileage. It has always started with out any help or a jump. The previous owner had the sleeper removed and sent it off to the factory for the wrecker install. It has had very little use since. It will tow tractor trailers or pick ups. Its a very versatile unit. It will come with all standard wheel lift forks and slides. We had the truck painted to match our colors a little less then 2 years ago. If there is any rust its from bug chips on the front side of the tool boxes. Very minor. After it was painted we dolled it up a bit with a new stainless front bumper, headlight bezels, L.E.D lights, and mirrored stainless down the bed sides. The wrecker body has two 25k lb winches with new cables, a truck sling, hydrauilc winch spades (stiff legs) and a hydraulic wheel lift. If the truck needs something i dont know about it. We try to stay on top of all maintenance issues. In the photos it shows it has 385 float tires on the front. We have since removed those and replaced them with standard width tires. It has aluminum wheels and fuel tank. Its just a good truck. I reccomend anyone to come and drive it. I do ask that if you intend to bid please have all financing arrangments made prior. 2009 Ford F550 Superduty 4x4 Twinline Wrecker. I purchased a new Ford 550 Cab and Chassis and built a wrecker / service body to go on it. The boom and wheel lift are from a Challanger bed ( 90's model I'm not sure of the number). I built a new sub frame to mount them to. The box's and fenders are new steel, 11 guage, built plenty heavy. The Cab and Chassis was new when I bought it, I hauled it to the shop and it has been mostly sitting since. It is a 2009 Ford F550 Superduty 4x4, 6.4L Powerstroke diesel, 5 speed Automatic transmission, GVW uprate package, Upfitter switches, Electric trailer brake controller, AC, Tilt, Cruise, AM/FM/CD, it has manual locking hubs, crank windows, manual door locks and rubber floor mat. I used a Liquid Transfer Industries fuel tank (38 gallons) and a Muncie PTO and pump mounted on the transmission. I had an auto repair shop that I've closed and I do not need this truck anymore. I used it to tow in 4 cars and pickups on the wheel lift and it worked great, the cylinders do not leak down at all, the pivot pin and bushing could be replaced. I have not used the boom for recovery, I have new cables for the winches just have not put them on yet. I built it with the plan to put stiff legs on the back.
