Here you are looking at a 1997 Ford F superduty (same as f450) powerstroke diesel flatbed aluminum bed rollback with wheel lift. over half the parts on this truck are brand new. has a 17.5ft aluminum landoll rollback bed with 48" whelen lightbar. with the powerstroke in it it gets pretty good fuel economy for a tow truck. It is one of the only f450s you'll find with power windows, door locks, and a/c. here is a list of everything new on the truck (i have receipt for everything all work done in the 2011 year): (I HAVE OVER 10K INVESTED IN THIS TRUCK IN THE PAS YEAR ALONE) Brand new automatic transmission (7K in rebuild - all red eagle clutches and steels, shift kit, billet torque converter, etc) new motor done at 185K miles (ford reman that had only 40K miles on it with receipt and oil evaluation tests (engine came from union pacific railroad truck) Brand new jet black paint job incl. new headlights and grill and emblems (done right, under hood, jams everything 5K in the paint) Brand new full Deweeze engine driven hydraulic clutch pump pump cost $2500 bucks vacuum pump alternator power steering pump DPTuner custom chip for computer (adds 60hp with no smoke) BRAND NEW TOYO OPEN COUNTRY A/T TIRES (still under warranty through les schwab at a cost of over $2000) resealed hydraulic valve several new hydraulic hoses idle up/cruise control and so much more i cant even begin to explain the bads : needs glow plug relay (runs fine for me in CA but if your in cold weather may want to fix that) oil cooler is about due to a reseal (70 bucks for ford OEM parts about 1 hr install time) other than that the truck is in great shape.
